📸 What is the minimum for school teams during the week?
Gather the squad!
For weekday shoots (Monday–Thursday), we have a 13 student minimum for sports like Cheer, Volleyball, Basketball, and Golf.
For larger teams like Soccer, Lacrosse, Wrestling, and Swimming, we require a 20-student minimum.
Example 1: You have a Volleyball team of 13 players. Perfect! Everyone pays the standard $35 (volume discounted) price minimum, and we’re ready to roll!
Example 2: You have a Golf team of 10 players. Since we need to meet that $455 session minimum (13 x $35 minimum), each of those 10 students would just pay $45.50 to cover the shoot!
💰 How does pricing work if my team size changes?
Total transparency is our game!
When you book, we’ll give you a total price based on your player count. If your headcount drops on the day of the shoot, the total stays the same, and the cost is split among the students present.
Example 1: You book for 18 soccer players (Total: $630). If only 14 show up, those 14 players would pay $45 each to meet the booking total.
Example 2: You book for 22 players and everyone shows up? High five! Everyone keeps the affordable price of only $35 per student!
🏆 What are the requirements for Club Teams?
We keep it simple.
For our Club and Non-School teams, our weekend and weeknight rates are $45 per athlete with the following minimums:
Weeknight only (At Studio - Monday–Thursday) 20 athlete minimum.
The person who handles the booking is our go-to MVP who is responsible for the 50% non-refundable deposit at least 2 weeks before the big day, and the final payment before the photo session starts. Keep an eye out for a payment link headed your way!
Weekends
(On Location - 1 Day): 60 athlete minimum.
(On Location - 2 Days): 100 athlete minimum.

💳 How do I handle school bookings?
Can’t wait to work with you, let's make it official.
The person who handles the booking is our go-to MVP who is responsible for the deposit and the final payment before the photo session starts.
Once you’re booked, with your perfect date and time, keep an eye out for a payment link headed your way...we just need a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 2 weeks before the big day.
Example 1: You book a $600 session for next month. Two weeks before the big day, the 50% non-refundable deposit ($300) is required. Once the $300 deposit is received you are all set and ready for your photoshoot.
Example 2: If a crazy storm hits and we can't do the shoot, don't sweat it! While the deposit is non-refundable, we will work with you to reschedule for the next available date on our calendar!
Example 3: If you cancel for any reason and you do not want to reschedule, the 50% non refundable deposit is forfeited.
Pro-tip: Make sure everyone on your team gets their payments to the MVP before the session starts so you can focus on the photos!
If the school is paying by check, a quote and invoice will be sent by BKP the day the photoshoot is booked.
⏰ Can I book a last-minute weekend shoot?
Yes you can, in the studio.
For last-minute weekend studio bookings, non schools, we require a minimum of 40 athletes at $45 each.
Example: Your non school club just won a big tournament and wants photos ASAP this Saturday or Sunday? If you've got 40+ athletes ready to strike a pose, give us a call!
✨ Can I book a mini-photoshoot for just one athlete?
Sure, during off-peak.
To keep our schedule open for big teams during the busy season, we offer Individual and Mini Sessions exclusively during the holidays and over the summer break!

✨ Can I book a photoshoot for my school seniors only?
Although we appreciate our seniors...
Our photo sessions are designed exclusively for the whole team. To provide our full team-bonding experience we require the participation of the entire team for every photoshoot.
🎓 Can I make changes to my Senior Banner?
Our Senior Banners are a special gift from us to you!
Because these are a complimentary bonus item, we do not offer revisions or changes to the designs. Our pro designers work their magic to make sure your seniors look legendary!
Example 1: Your seniors receive their digital banners and realize they are totally free! It’s our way of celebrating their hard work.
Example 2: Since these are a gift, the design we create is the final version that looks amazing every time!
