What is the minimum for school teams during the week?

For weekday shoots (Monday–Thursday), we require a 15 student minimum for sports like cheer, baseball, basketball, bowling, softball, volleyball and tennis.For larger teams like football, flag football, soccer, hockey, swimming, cross country, track and wrestling, we require a 20-student minimum.Example 1: You have a Volleyball team of 15 players. Perfect! Everyone pays the affordable $45 (volume discounted) price minimum, and we’re ready to roll!Example 2: You have a Volleyball team of 10 players. Since we require you to meet that $675 session minimum (15 x $45 minimum), each of those 10 students would just pay $67.50 to cover the shoot! (still a GREAT deal!)

How does pricing work if my team size changes?

Total transparency is our game!When you book, we’ll give you a total price based on your player count. Full payment is required by noon the day before the shoot, if the total athletes increase on the day of the shoot, no problem, but IF there is LESS athletes by noon the day before the shoot, then you will need to cover the remainder OR reschedule to the next available date. 
(IF NOT, then cancellation fees will apply). Example 1: You book 18 soccer players (Total: $810) but now even more show up, GREAT,  they will need to pay the day of the photoshoot.Example 2: You book for 22 soccer players and everyone shows up? High five! Everyone keeps the volume discounted affordable price of only $45 per student!Full Payment is required by noon the day prior to the photoshoot

What are the requirements for Club Teams?

We keep it simple....For our Club and Non-School teams, our weekend and weeknight rates are $45 per athlete with the following minimums:​Weeknights (BKP Studio - Monday–Thursday) The Booking Manager will contact you with all the detailsWeekends(On Location - 1 Day): 60 athlete minimum.(On Location - 2 Days): 100 athlete minimum.​Bill Krautler Photography will contact you directly regarding payment and will provide a payment link.

How do I handle school bookings?

Can't wait to with you, lets make it officialOur go-to, the person who booked the photoshoot, is responsible for the full payment, collected from each athlete, full payment is required by 12:00pm (noon) the day before the photoshoot. Once you’re booked, with your perfect date and time, keep an eye out for a payment link.​Example 1: If you cancel your photoshoot and choose not to reschedule after the full payment has been received by the required deadline of 12:00pm (Noon) on the day before the scheduled photoshoot, cancellation fees will apply.Example 2: If a crazy storm hits and we can't do the shoot, don't sweat it! We will work with you to reschedule for the next available date on our calendar!Pro-tip: Make sure everyone on your team gets their payments to the go-to, you, by noon the day before the photoshoot so we are all ready for your team's photos and fun.​Full Payment is required by 12:00PM (noon) the day prior to the shoot​If the school is paying by check, a quote and invoice will be sent by Bill Krautler Photography.

Can I book a photoshoot for my school seniors only?

Although we appreciate our seniors...Our photo sessions are designed exclusively for the whole team. To provide our full team-bonding experience we require the participation of the entire team for every photoshoot.We offer our seniors complimentary digital senior banners created in-house by Bill Krautler Photography.

Can I make changes to my Senior Banner?

Our Senior Banners are a special gift from us to you!Because these are a complimentary bonus item, we do not offer revisions or changes to the designs. Our pro designers work their magic to make sure your seniors look legendary!Example 1: Your seniors receive their digital banners and realize they are totally free! It’s our way of celebrating their hard work.Example 2: Since these are a gift, the design we create is the final version that looks amazing every time!
